I am Cecilia Calson, an empathetic HR Consultant with 20 years of experience from branches as finance, IT, consultancy, real estate and tech. My passion and motivation has always been to
empowering people and create effective teams in line with the company´s goals and strategy. Also I believe that right now it is even more crucial, to use the capacity of all individuals, to meet AI and a more rapidly changing and complex environment.
